Where do I get my prescription?
The opticians where you had your last eye examination. They will be able to provide you with a copy of your prescription.
Is sending a copy of my prescription necessary?
By sending us a copy of your prescription, we can double check your prescription to assure your getting the right lenses ordered. Email us a copy.
Can you put new lenses in my existing frames?
Yes! We offer this service (also known as re-glaze). Either post the frame to us or better yet, pop into one of our stores.
We offer adjustment in store at Epsom or Cheam, otherwise all opticians offer free adjustment service.
